Hangzhou Jili Machine Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou Mingshi Machine Co., Ltd.) is a private cooperative enterprise producing transmission gears of autos, and after the company is founded, it insist the tenet of ‘Honest, Sincere, Pioneering, Enterprising’ in manufacture process and have achieved greate development.
In recent years, Jili Machine adopts the quality policy of ‘Exquisite Manufacture, Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement’ to improve the product quality continuously, and finally passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 in July 2003. Now, this quality system is implemented in every aspects of our manufacture to ensure each process in the workflow is under control.
We have several turning centers, manufacturing centers, numerical control gear hobbing machine, gear shaving machine, two product lines of power take off and sixe product lines of differential housing, and these equipments ensures us the annual product capabilities of 100000 sets of power take off, 150000 sets of auto geers and 1000000 pieces of differential housing.
In order to further improve the quanlity of the products and the process of quality assurance, we are trying to introduce the quality system of ISO/TS16949 which should be availbe for review and verification in May, 2009. |
